Delivery Terms
These Delivery and Refund Terms apply to the WordPress management, maintenance and AI-powered digital services offered through birtikta.com. All services purchased through the platform are digital in nature, and no physical product is shipped.
The purchase is considered complete once the payment is approved through the iyzico infrastructure. After payment approval, the relevant user account is activated and, depending on the purchased package, panel access, site connection rights and the related management features are made available. Service delivery is carried out digitally and instantly.
The user may integrate as many WordPress sites into the system as the number defined by the purchased package. To ensure that the integration is set up correctly, the required technical steps (plugin installation, API connection, etc.) must be completed in full by the user. Delays caused by incorrect setup are not included within the scope of delivery.
Unless cancelled by the user, services that require a subscription are automatically renewed at the end of the selected subscription period (monthly or annual). The renewal fee is automatically charged from the relevant bank or card institution through the iyzico payment infrastructure, using the payment method approved by the user at the time of purchase. By completing the subscription purchase, the user is deemed to have accepted this automatic renewal and charging arrangement. Unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal date, the service continues without interruption and the fee for the new period is charged.
Refund and Withdrawal Terms
Since the services provided qualify as digital content and electronic services that are performed instantly, the service is deemed to have been performed the moment the user is granted panel access after payment. In this context, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal may not be available for digital services that are performed instantly.
Prior to the purchase, the user accepts that the service is a digital service and that access will be granted instantly after payment. For this reason, no refund is issued for subscription packages that have been activated and started to be used.
In the event of an incorrect charge due to a technical error, a duplicate payment or a system problem, the matter is reviewed once it is reported in writing and, if found justified, the refund is processed through iyzico using the original payment method.
For subscription services, the user may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing period. The cancellation does not cover the current billing period; the service continues to be provided until the end of the active period.
For newly purchased subscriptions, the user may request a refund within the first 15 days, provided that no AI tool has been used. Because AI tools are third-party, cost-bearing tools, no refund can be issued for subscriptions if any operation has been carried out using AI.
All requests regarding refunds and subscription transactions must be submitted through the contact channels specified on the platform.
