Terms of Service

Birtikta is a WordPress management panel that can manage a nearly unlimited number of WordPress sites, including but not limited to the management, monitoring, backup, deployment, publishing and security tools of WordPress sites.

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using BIRTIKTA's services (the "Services"). By using Birtikta, you declare that you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and all related additional terms.

Birtikta is a legal agreement between individuals or legal entities (the "User", "you") and Birtikta (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") that governs the use of the Services. These Terms apply to all platforms, including www.birtikta.com and its associated sub-pages.

The User declares, accepts and undertakes that they will use the Services only for purposes that comply with the law, public order and these Terms. Misuse of the Services, their use for unlawful purposes, or actions that infringe the rights of third parties are prohibited.

You are obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating a user account. You are personally responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your passwords. In the event of unauthorized use, you must notify Birtikta immediately.

You may use your user account only for your own use; selling, transferring or sublicensing the Services to third parties through your account is expressly prohibited.

Birtikta reserves the right to update, modify, suspend or completely terminate the Services at different times. Such changes may or may not be announced in advance; users are obliged to follow the current Terms.

Birtikta's Services may need to process user data. In this context, the User declares that they have read and accepted the Privacy Policy with regard to data processing. Our principles of compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data protection legislation are explained in the Privacy Policy.

The User accepts that they are responsible for any content, data, ideas or materials that arise during the use of the Services. Birtikta cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from content uploaded by the User.

Third-party service providers and support infrastructures may be used while Birtikta's Services operate. The accuracy and continuity of the services belonging to these third parties, and their effects on the processing of user data, are entirely subject to those providers' own terms.

The User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Birtikta and its affiliates from all claims, damages, costs and liabilities that may arise directly or indirectly in connection with the provision of the Services.

Birtikta shall under no circumstances accept liability for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages such as loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings.

In all disputes that may arise between the User and Birtikta, the applicable legal framework is the laws in force in the country in which Birtikta is registered. The competent jurisdiction is determined within the framework of the relevant legal regulations.

Changes to these Terms take effect when deemed appropriate by Birtikta and are published on the website. Using the Services after the changes is considered acceptance of the current Terms by the user.
