As a Birtikta customer, you can exercise your privacy rights by sending an email to privacy@birtikta.com. Birtikta processes its users' personal data solely for the purposes of service delivery, security and system improvement, and does not share it with third parties without consent. All collected data is stored and protected on secure infrastructures in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, particularly the KVKK and the GDPR.
Birtikta processes its users' identity, contact, system and usage data for the purposes of providing the service, performing the contract, fulfilling legal obligations and pursuing legitimate interests. Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of their personal data. These rights can be exercised via privacy@birtikta.com.
Within the scope of this privacy notice, the data controller of the personal data is Birtikta. Data processing activities are carried out in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the relevant national legislation.
Personal data is retained for as long as the user account is active and throughout the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.
Data may be processed and stored on servers located within the European Union or in countries with an equivalent level of data protection, for the purpose of providing the service infrastructure.
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in their country regarding the processing of their personal data.
Birtikta processes user data automatically solely for the purpose of providing the service and improving system performance; it does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling activities that produce legal effects concerning users.
