Choose what to back up and where to keep it
Every backup starts with two decisions: what goes into it and where it is stored. You can save the same backup to more than one place, for example to the site's server and to a cloud account at once.
Restore with a clear choice
Pick a completed backup and decide how much to bring back. Files Only restores themes, plugins and media and leaves the database as it is. Files + Database returns the whole site to that moment. Birtikta asks you to confirm before anything is overwritten.

Auto backup is switched on per site with a daily, weekly or monthly frequency. Sites on the Enterprise plan can also be backed up every hour. You can take a manual backup at any time.
