WooCommerce Integration
Orders from all your WooCommerce stores in one list, with status changes that sync back to each store.
Birtikta brings the WooCommerce orders of all your stores into one list. Filter by store or status, open an order to see billing, shipping and items, and change its status from the panel; the change is written back to the store itself. New orders arrive through a webhook the moment they are placed, and the list is synced again every five minutes, so you can manage multiple WooCommerce stores without logging in to each one.
Open any order from any store
The order detail is loaded live from the store: billing and shipping details, payment and shipping method, and every item with its quantity. Change the status or run a WooCommerce order action right there, or jump into the order in WordPress admin with one click, already logged in.
Bulk actions across stores
Select orders, even from different stores, and change their status in one go or move them to the trash. Birtikta sends the change to each store and updates the panel only where the store confirms it, so the list and the stores stay in step.
WooCommerce management that keeps up with your stores
New order alerts
Get a notification for every new order by email, Slack, WhatsApp or the mobile app.
Alarm systemLow stock and refunds
Alarms tell you when a product drops below WooCommerce's stock threshold and when a refund is created.
Revenue per store
Each site's page shows its daily and monthly revenue along with product and order counts.
Stays in sync
New orders come in through a webhook, a sync runs every five minutes, and Refresh pulls the latest on demand.
Good to know
Order management is included in paid plans. The sync brings in processing, pending and on-hold orders from each store; orders that were already completed before the store was connected are not imported. Product stock is followed through low stock alarms rather than a product list.
